Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide high-quality fashion products including men’s cargo pants, women’s t-shirts, tops, kids’ shorts, dresses, and other apparel items. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale offers.

2. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For size exchange or personal preference returns, customers may need to bear return shipping costs.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping fees, cash handling charges, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package. Claims regarding missing or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
